I saw the on coming of ITIL two years ago. I have not been able to make time to take the foundation classes yet, but its something that is on the top middle of my list.  

I’ve tired to talk to employers about the event of the next thing and they only see the cost of the class not the benefits. Maybe I didn’t explain the benefits good enough though.

I am taking this. Its available in a online class.
